StoreBuddy has two distinct roles built into the product, the manager who sets tasks and analyses results and the field team member who executes tasks in the field and can be more efficient in his/her daily routines. You are not limited in the number of separate field teams you define and they can be internal field teams as much as third party merchandisers or even the teams of distributors or shop operators! This flexibility gives you a huge opportunity to enhance the connectivity of teams, to gather more insights and as well to ensure external teams do follow contractually agreed terms.
It is important to note that we have the ability to integrate with other solutions seamlessly so that you use existing data platforms e.g. for capturing images that we then decode on the StoreBuddy platform.
